Confessions for WAFBEC

As I sit/stand here reflecting over the just concluded WAFBEC 2013 I experience a deep sense of fulfillment with gratitude to God for all my eyes saw and ears heard.

The hearts of people were greatly stirred in large numbers and they showed up at the meetings for the right reasons. It was like they had all been waiting for years for this meeting.

They came to hear the Word and adjusted their lives to the revelation they received.  I saw expressions of joy on the faces of multitudes as they listened and responded to the calls of the ministers when they were made. It was amazing seeing and hearing of the sacrifices people made to be at the meetings.

The Word came with great utterance in such accuracy and with power that it sometimes felt like I was just getting born again. It was clear all the ministers spoke under a great influence of the Spirit with great boldness.

The presence of the Spirit of God was strong on the grounds as a lot of people testified that questions they held in their hearts for years had been answered.  Everyone received direction from the Scriptures and had their prayers answered through the insight they received. Reports of healings taking place were rampant.

It is clear that a solid foundation of truth has been laid for the Church in Nigeria through this meeting and its effect will be seen for years to come.

Covenant Christian Centre has also experienced a deep enrichment spiritually with the hearts of a lot of Christians and sinners seeking a true expression of their faith turning towards us. This is a fulfillment of the scripture that the husbandman that labored must be the partaker of the first fruits.

For all these I bow my head to you Lord and give you thanks.
