God has already prepared those things that we need and separated them for us. As a result it’s His desire for us to live in the spirit and so access them.

It’s the Holy Spirit that shows us those things through revelation and illumination.

When you sit where God’s seated then you’ll see what He sees and your perspective will be changed forever.

In God’s presence is victory, rest, abundance and much more.

1. Abraham believed against hope.
2. He wasn’t weak in faith.
3. He didn’t consider his physical circumstances (what he saw/felt).
4. He didn’t stagger at God’s promises but rather chose to believe God.
5. He was strong in faith by giving glory to God i.e. always gave praised Him.
6. Abraham was fully persuaded.

Hebrews 11:1-3 &6

Faith is now. If it’s not now…then it’s not faith.

There’s nothing in this world order that faith in God will not overcome.

Faith has a direct relationship with our knowledge of God i.e. what we know of Him. This means that when you understand God’s character from relating with Him then you’ll be able to trust Him to do what He’s said.

John 1:26, 31 & 33, 16:1-3

Wrong knowledge always produces wrong action. Thus, when you spend time with God you become more like Him. This is so, because you become more like the person you spend time with.

Revelation 2:1-4, Genesis 5:24

It’s very important to note that there’s s great difference between being related to someone and having a relationship with them.

John 17:3

Types of relationships with God:

1. Servant hood.
2. Son-ship.
3. Friendship.

Psalm 121:1-2, John 16:37, Deuteronomy 7:9, 1Kings 8:56, Hebrews 13:5-6, Psalm 1:2, Luke 18:1-8, James 5:16

He shared some principles on how to make faith work for the believer:

1. Trust in God and pray to Him.
2. Don’t turn to the arm of flesh…it will fail you! – Psalm 20:7, 34:17-19
3. Keep standing on the Word of God because God is a performer and will perfect what concerns you. – 1Kings 8:55-56, Matthew 4:4
4. Keep your hope alive. – Romans 5:5, Job 14:7-9
5. Avoid negative people. – Job 2:9-10
6. Know your divine connection.
7. Know that God will surely bring you out of whatever situation now find yourself and that He’ll surely bring restoration into your life as well. – Job 42:10, 12 &16

Matthew 7: 1-2, 7-12

Pastor Taiwo reminded everyone present that you can’t obey God and your life will be devoid of miracles. He also pointed out that you can’t love God and hate people because you simply don’t know the person that He’ll use to answer your prayers.

Furthermore he also pointed out that there’s no room for stinginess in the kingdom of God. When you love you give…for God so loved that He gave His only begotten son! (John 3:16)

Genesis 26:12, Psalm 139:7, John 7:37, Matthew 8:7

There are three things that the believer must be conscious of at all times

1. God’s presence.
2. Your assignment.
3. Your seed.

He made us understand that faith only comes as a result of deliberate action from the individual.

Hebrews 11:13, 6:12
It’s faith and patience that convert God’s promises into reality in the believer’s life.

Proverbs 4:20 & 21

Genuine Bible faith must see something. You must let the Word paint a picture in the eyes of your spirit and see the promises of God. In your faith walk you’ll see yourself in the light of His truth when the truth in God’s Word is seen with the eyes of the understanding. Thus, when meditating on the scriptures you must ask the Holy Spirit to shed light on the promises of God.

In order to see miracles, they have to be first established inside the person that desires them. The Rhema of God’s Word (given to anyone) is what brings these miracles into their lives.

God releases power when He speaks. Since we’ve been created in His likeness we also let loose this same power in the exact same way!
